I think cheese club helped me step out of my comfort zone in multiple ways, but definitely flavor-wise became more comfortable with blue cheeses and cheeses that kind of had funny smells and different textures.
And then especially learning about how they're made makes them even cooler because it's such a scientific process and so much love and care goes into making a good cheese.
